Certified Resident

If I could I would leave tomorrow. Clean up the place and add a lot more lighting around the community. Eletri Read Morec is extremely inefficient. Paint in apartment is horrible and I have bug problems. Paying for a pool pass in that garbage pool is unbelievable. Dog park is always trashed, is filled with holes, and pool everywhere Very unfriendly community.

Certified Resident

Extremely frustrated with broken, uninstalled, fogged up windows. Flooding problems have been reduced. Lawns Read More look horrible. Some residents leave garbage on the ground outside dumpsters making the place look like a dump. Tennis courts fixed, but the nets are saggy. Need the cranks to tighten them. New fitness center is a very nice addition.

Certified Resident

1) Get rid of vehicles that are being used
2) Get rid of young tenants that hang around the apartment all d
Read Moreay and night and have to many people living there. There is traffic late at night and the constant door slamming shows these people are not responsible or educated
3) Stairway has never been reconditioned - what's up with that
4) Still have the "Original" kitchen cabinets which are badly rusted
5) Management needs to do a better job of screening who moves into the apartments if you want to raise the living standards here
6) Can I send this report to Corporate headquarters?
