I didn't like the fact there was loud noises at night. Even after 10pm. Your not able to grill. Even though Read More we didn't swim we had to pay a yearly fee. Parking spots aren't big enough. People would hit your doors and scratch them. Not enough parking. Rarely used laundry room. It's too difficult to get your money refunded. Had to guess which machine would work.

Over the years, things have gotten better, but the complex is still below average. Trash can often be found on Read More the grounds, a lot of the units are over-crowded, & there's questionable activity. When I first moved here, the drug activity was out of control, but it's calmed down.

Filled with roaches and western treatment service does NOT WORK. Spoke to the management many times about it b Read Moreut no changes.The foundation was cracking and was to be repaired as told at the time of move in.As usual nothing got done when living there for 3years.AC back cover was supposed to replaced before the time of mov-in including the carpet.Carpet was no replaced it was the same carpet when the appartment was toured.Carpet was steamed wash and within 2 months the old stains showed.all talk.
