We never want to disappoint anyone especially a resident that calls our community home. This feedback was a top priority and we have contacted the certified resident directly to have a conversation and learn how we can improve our community and service. We appreciate the chance to make this situation better!
This is not a major issue, but the parking spots in the garage are not clearly labeled like they are on the up Read Moreper deck. I was also thinking some type of parking decal for each vehicle may be a good idea to identify which cars belong and which cars don't.

The bell system is the worse. At one time the bell didnt work for months and is currently notworking. Everytim Read Moree you call and informed them about it ,they inform you that the appointment for them to come out and check the problem is this week. This week never seems to get here. Secondly is the secured parking that you have listed. That was one of the reason I really wanted this rental. Since I moved in on September 5,2013 the device that they gave me to access the pole to get in and out of ramp where I park never worked. So I now the things that are listed on the site is FALSE. I DONT FEEL LIKE MY CAR IS SECURED AT ALL. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR NINE MONTHS AND I NEVER EVER ISED THE DEVICE TO MAKE THE POLE RISE. SOME SECURED PARKING. I WONT GIVE NO REFERRALS.
