Parking is good, the pool is nice. Common areas are kept impeccable. Annette is warm, friendly and quick to ha Read Morendle resident concerns. The people that live here are great, very quiet and respectful of one another.

Certified Resident

This is a very pleasant community, with a responsive office and maintenance staff. You won't find all of the " Read Morebells and whistles" here, as the only community amenity is a small pool, opened seasonally. What you will find is a competitively priced apartment with certain utilities included in a serene setting near the Delaware-Raritan canal/towpath. The only drawback is the sound of planes taking off and landing.
