Versailles is a very nice place to live the property manager is great. I have lived here for three years and i Read Moret has been a quiet experience and the neighbors are friendly. Unfortunately this is the first time my opinion has been solicited. The following items could improve the apartment community: the emergency maintence number should be posted at all times as well as what incidents are considered an emergency. The heating and air conditioning systems are older and make a lot of noise.

      I have been having waterbug infestation. Since I moved in management says they sealed around the pipes an had Read Moreexterminator come out but I still big ones in my apartment dying weekly. Tenants sumtimes leave their garbage the door on second floor
