Pet Policy: 40 Pound Weight Limit. Maximum 2 pets per apartment. $35.00 pet rent. Restrictions: We are a pet friendly community with no weight limit. For maximum of 2 pets, we have a pet fee of $300/pet and $35/pet monthly rent. Our breed restrictions include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Wolfdogs, also known as Wolf Hybrids. Residents were not friendly, although the staff always was. I NEVER met anyone and exchanged names, although w Read Moree saw people often and I always said hello first. No real sense of community.
