Arbors at raintree consists of mainly people who own their home. They are not the friendliest once they find o Read Moreut you're a "renter". We had a ton of problems with the owner of a home two doors down. Additionally I had astoundingly high electric bills that did not make sense for the home. I later found out I knew the current owners of that unit (after it was sold) and the husband (who is an electrician) found a huge electrical issue that was causing the very high bills.

My unit was a maintenance nightmare. Everything was broken and dirty when I moved in (air conditioning, hole Read Morein the screen door, carbon monoxide detector, sink drain, cabinets filthy, etc.). It took months of phone calls and aggravation to get it all taken care of. Had I not moved twice that year I would have moved ASAP. My heater broke three times that winter. A wet spot developed on the ceiling. I called 6 or 7 times to have it repaired and it never happened.
