I had horoble experiance with parking. They tell you don't park more than two cars otherwise it will be towed Read Morebut I had experience where there was no place to park my car and others had more then one parked. When I call the emergency phone line they were very unprofessional and rude and I had to park my call on the street. It not good place for you if you have toddlers cuz apartment make so much noise when moving around and downstairs tenant Asa's keep complaining and banging the roof.

Overall good experience. good location, good apartment for the rent u pay. I hate their lock out policy, resol Read Moreution of lock out policy and super. Also no matter how much effort u make to clean your apartment while leaving, they find something and charges you a lot. So not happy about that part but i guess everywhere its like that and move out policy is also not good for middle class ppl who dont know when their job will end, how can we give advance notice??? no one listens that really.
