Terms
Lease Terms: 6 month or 12 month leases (NO specials will be offered on short-term leases). We require a $50.00 non-refundable application fee (per applicant) to check your credit, apartment history and criminal background. In addition, there will be a $25.00 criminal background fee for each occupant over the age of 18. Lastly, you would also provide a separate check for a deposit on the apartment. The deposit will be in the amount of $200.00. If your application is approved, the deposit will be applied towards your one month security deposit. If your application is not approved, the deposit will be returned to you.
