Matainance was responsive, usually coming to fix things the same day. Office staff were generally unresponsive Read More with a few exceptions. $200 was taken from my deposit for general cleaning. Found that to be ridiculous considering the apartment was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in.

Terrible Management And maintenance staff. The power and hear would go out and take days to get fixed. Once, t Read Morehey lost my rent check. I noticed it had not been withdrawn from my bank. I called and told them what happened. They said not to send another check and they would look into it. Next thing I know, I get an eviction notice, lawyer fees and a bad credit report for a clerical error on their end. Don't live here no matter what!

Old building but charming, problems with the heater but loved living in the center of Haddonfield. Besides the Read More heater problems enjoyed living there.

Thank you for your feedback. The proximity to the downtown area is a wonderful asset to the building. We did have an issue in the begining of the season with our central boiler. It was an unfortunate situation but the maintenance department and managmeent office worked closely with our professionals to ensure that it was resolved quickly and that no tenants were left without heat overnight or for extended periods of time. The remainder of the season the boiler operated without issue.

My only complaints is the laundry facilities and lack of storage. The storage in the basement is not assigned Read Moreand it appears that some tenants have 2 (or more) storage spaces. It took us over a year of constantly looking to see that one was empty and unlocked.
The washing machines were replaced but not the dryers which at least one didn't heat up every time I did my laundry.
They were very quick to resolve my maintenance issues and we had very nice neighbors.
I miss my quaint apartment!

My only real complaint is that the elevator in Building D is regularly "stuck" - there have been a few occassi Read Moreons where I had clothes in the laundry and couldn't get down to get them. I also think there needs to be more than four washers/dryers for as many apartments as there is.
