Residents sometimes have issues in the parking lot, as there are some residents having people living with them Read More not on the lease and parking their car in the lot. In addition to that factor, this individual gives residents an eery vibe when they are outside as well as they have been seen peering into the car windows of other residents.

The building needs a lot of actual renovations - it appears to be sinking into the ground, and that means that Read More everything is a little off-kilter. Floors are uneven and it's hard to completely close windows as the frames are warped. There are apartment buildings in the area that are much nicer with rent that is about $200 less/mo. It's kind of embarrassing.

We make every effort to make apartment home living a great experience and sometimes we need to learn from where we fell short. I feel that the rent I pay is too high. The counter space in my kitchen is about 1x1 ft., and that's where my Read More dish rack goes. In addition, the owner of the Greek restaurant across the street parks in our lot (and encourages his employees and patrons to park there as well) - this takes away spots from people who actually live in Highland House.

It is more than 2 months that I am in this place and still I haven't received an extra set of keys! I have req Read Moreuested many times both by email and phone.
But the availability of the needs for shopping for me who do not own a car is extremely satisfactory.
