I think there should be some sort of air conditioning in the elevator lobbies and and hallwyas. The building s Read Moretarts to smell and gets really hot in the summer time. Also, elevators are outdated and there should be some sort of service elevator so that moving in furniture is more realistic.

It's a nice building, but at times the building doesnt live up to standards. Thankfully elevators are working Read More again but there was a period where a broken elevator was a way of life. Washing machines are consistently broken and make for a large in convenience. The new deck is a nice added amenity, having no courtyard amenity for the whole summer was a bit unreasonable. To add insult to injury, they love their 5% rent increases, even though the list for less when the current residents move out.

They have been continually making improvements to the building over the past 3 years, the building has potenti Read Moreal with its location to the Hoboken Path and main roads entering and exiting Hoboken. Need new options for elevators, they are very old, run down and wait times for them are long at certain hours of the day.

Since we have changed personnel in the management office the building has gone awry. There are a ridiculous am Read Moreount of emails and zero accountably for the problems they describe within. The elevators are NEVER working, simple tasks take weeks to accomplish. I regret renewing my lease now seeing the dramatic changes of having lost prior office personnel.

I would have given an excellent rating however, there was a broken mirror and a crooked cabinet that I reporte Read Mored upon move in but they have not been fixed still after 6 months.
