To automatically replace all carpets. Our carpet is awful in ours, prior tenants had pets. Don't be cheap abou Read Moret this! A dog park would be worth while, also basketball hoops/courts. I would also love to see a way to block residents of the townhouses behind our complex to not be allowed to walk in.

Front doors need work. You've spent time and money replacing windows and sliding doors recently. The front doo Read Morers no longer fit and leak cold air, debris and landscaping odors. Much is probably due to building settling over the years. It's time to finish the last 1/3 of
the insulating job.

I wish my front door to be replaced, I was told it would be and I am still waiting. I also wonder what will be Read More done with the front area that now is just dert.
