Grounds are not maintained as well as expected in the back. Lights for steps are always out and there are larg Read Moree holes in the concrete that cause slippage in the winter months when there is snow and ice that have not been fixed since last winter. The location is great but the units are older and are in need of upgrades and repairs in reduce flooding and breakdowns in appliances.

Convenient to downtown Madison, train station, and walking trails. You can have a gas grill, which a lot of ap Read Moreartments do not allow. Many of the apartments are either in the process or are newly renovated. Depending on where your apartment is located, you will either have road noise or train noise. Walls are very thin - so you can hear neighbors, especially going up and down stairs. Parking lot is small, which makes plowing difficult during the winter.

Parking is absolutely ridiculous. We only had one vehicle in our entire household and found it extremely diffi Read Morecult to find a parking spot. Especially, coming home at night. The heat and AC should have multiple zones not just one for the entire 3 floors. We had to buy a space heater because the heating bill was so excessive. The walls between apartments should have soundproof sheetrock installed. We were able to hear just about everything.

Interior needs severe updating, walls are paper thin, vents are filled with trash and dust, we cleaned orange Read Moredust off of the walls etc when we first moved in prior to painting the walls. Parking was an night mare. Snow removal was great. Staff was friendly and helped us a lot when we had a problem with our neighbors and let us move out early and break our lease. Great location, but not sure id recommend this place
