There are numerous things in our apartment that have been needed to be fixed since we were promised from day 1 Read More that maintenance would come to fix. Also we were told thatthe allthe amenities were included in our rent yet we still have to pay for half of them anyway including the pool.

I don't know to what extent the background check is taken. But, it seems like it might need to be a bit more s Read Moretrict. My neighbors in the apt above me make my living experience very hard to deal with. Constant arguments with foul language,and physical altercations. Sometimes lasting for hours takeing place at any time of day or night. I've been woken up countless times, once by a broken fish tank that leaked into my apartment. The result of another fight I assume. Rent cost here is reasonable, but I could pay far less to somewhere to live under similar conditions.

Certified Resident

When maintenance lets a member go or hires a new person, let residents know as a safety measure by posting a p Read Morehoto email. With so many crimes happening, anyone can show up saying they are maintenance.
Also, lower rent or stop raising it every year, we still have to pay for use of pool, or to reserve a parking spot, basements flood, etc.
