Certified Resident for 1-3 years

For 1 thing the air conditioning does not work in my apartment and some others. The trash contairs are always Read Moreover flowing and some times they will be missing for a few days and the trash piles up on the ground. when there are deliveries from different bussiness can not see the apartment address clearly.

Dear Resident,

Thank you for your feedback however air conditioning is not provided by the landlord. Each tenant is required to provide their own window units if desired. The trash service is provided by Evesham Township. Please contact them directly with any complaints relating to this service. The containers were removed by the township, not us. The new doors will be painted and permanently numbered this month.

Please let us know what else we can do to improve you tenancy.

There are mice. The heat/air leaves the apartment constantly like there is no insulation. I have been here one Read More year and am leaving at the end of my lease...DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!11

If this is an ongoing issues please call the main office so we can help solve your problem. Additionally, if there is an problem with the insulation of the apartment, we would gladly rectify the issue once we are informed of the situation.
