Excellent location between Main St. and Route 70 in Marlton. All of the people here are very nice, and a major Read Moreity have little dogs, like myself. Very convenient to all shopping.

Since I submitted the survey to you, a couple of items have come to my attention that I want to comment on bas Read Moreed on recent observations:
1. We have people with dogs from outside the community and patrons from the tavern across Main St using our grounds for unauthorized activities. They do not belong here and we need a management authority figure to control this situation starting with the placement of 'No Trespassing' signs spaced throughout the community.
2. The grounds should be kept tidier, i.e. the grass cut more frequently. My likes and dislikes are: The residents, location, and current value.

Hi, Thank you for your comments. We have ordered these "No Trespassing" signs and they will be up around the property this week. Our current superintendent will be keeping an eye out for anyone other then residents approaching the property. We will have the grass cut more frequently as well. For any other questions or concerns please feel free to call the office to and we will take care of any issues within 24 hours. You can also fill out online maintenance requests through your resident portal.

I love my home! It has been a peaceful environment since day 1. I can walk to many things, and have easy acc Read Moreess to wherever I want to go. I love the floor plan, above average closet space, and having a basement is priceless! I love the feel of an older building but with all the upgrades! Having central air and heat, new storm doors and windows, appliances. Private entry makes me feel like I'm in a home not an apartment. Original wood floors are beautiful, and I love the retro look-happy!
