Certified Resident

Every apartment should be allowed 1 assigned parking spot at no charge. I am the only person living in my apar Read Moretment and sometimes I work odd hours and cannot find a parking spot anywhere near my building. This is usually due to neighbors' friends/family visiting and taking the spots. I should not have to pay extra for 1 spot while other apartments take up multiple spots with multiple cars.

Because I don't have a washer or dryer, I always need to use the laundry facility. And to wash and dry 2 loads Read More, I need 24 quarters. Having a change machine ,in my opinion, is essential as I struggle to make sure I have those 24 quarters. Also, it's essential to have a newsletter that is accessible to everyone for when someone needs service or they are new in the area and need some info about the school system for instance. Also would be beneficial for the lost and found situations.

The maintenance team needs to be more timely. The rent can be a little cheaper
