Certified Resident

Since we have been here at Woodview, things have changed significantly. When we signed our lease, residents we Read Morere not permitted to have grills, as these are a fire hazard and therefore Woodview provided a community grill among the trees with picnic tables. This grill rusted away many months ago. The pile of rusted metal sits on the grass among the tables. Residents are using their own grills. I have not seen anything from management on this situation. In addition, when we came here, no large dogs were permitted, particularly certain breeds known to be aggressive. Those dogs live here now in alarming numbers. And finally, when we came here, the property was kept immaculately clean. That was a primary motivator in choosing Woodview for our home. Now there is often trash in view, particularly in and around the ponds. Trees that have died or were destroyed in storms have not been replaced, and the holes they left have not been properly filled in. The place is simply not up to the standard it was when we moved here. Yet rent continues to rise. The value proposition is now questionable.

I would love to have assigned parking spaces, because I work late.When I get home, there is no parking . I ha Read Moreve to park acoss to leasing parking lot most times. When I have friends over I make sure they park in leasing parking lot so that my neighbors can have there spaces.
