The landlord is wonderful, the location is great -- right by 287 and 2 miles from tbe green. There are beautif Read Moreul neighborhoods close by to walk or run. I lived there for a year -- everyone has their own balcony and parking is never a problem. Dumpsters are close by for convenience. There is even a walking path near to the buildings that's a nice escape to nature. I would definitely live there again. Noise was never an issue with my neighbors and there's a beautiful restaurant right next door.

The units could use some additional updates. Apartments are freezing in the winter - the windows are terrible, Read More even with the storm windows closed, blinds closed and curtains. You can hear everything that goes on in the upstairs units.

Very nice apartments at a great price for the area. These are older apartments with the benefits of being much Read More larger than apartments of newer complexes. The downside is the walls aren't as thick as some others, but if you can handle occasionally hearing your neighbor this is the perfect place for you.
