We offer one bedroom, one bath apartments, two bedroom, two bath apartments and two bedroom, one bath duplex apartments with full basement. Appliances included are the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer in every apartment! All window blinds and vertical blinds are included. Air conditioner units in each bedroom and living room. Individually controlled thermostats in each apartment. Heat, hot water and use of the on site outdoor pool in the summer is included in the rent.
    Onsite garages available, ample free parking. Close to public transportation, all major highways including routes 1 and 130, RWJ and St. Peter's Hospitals, New Brunswick, Rutgers, Edison, Menlo Park Mall, Princeton.

    Great price, nice and well-cared for open floor plan apartment w/new carpets and newer renovated kitchens and Read Morebathrooms. Newer washer/dryer combo and balconies. Pool, tennis courts and park on the grounds. Safe and friendly residents, ample parking. Quick responsive
    Front Office. They even worked with us to stay an extra month without signing a new lease. Wish we stayed longer and didnt buy!!

    Great Location. I was on the 2nd floor and never had much in the way of noise or bugs. Kitchen renovations are Read More very nice. People in the front office were extremley helpful and very quick with any maintenance requests I had. Finding an apartment that size for a price range is very hard to come across in the area.

    My only complaint, if I had to really think about it I wish there was central air or a 3rd AC unit in the apartment. During the summer on the 2nd floor it tended to get hot

    I've been a resident at NorthVillage Apartments for 2 years; my apartment was in good condition when I moved i Read Moren and the maintenance crew does a good job of answering service requests in a timely manner and keeping the common areas outside of my apartment neat and organized. The leasing office is good at notifying me of upcoming events (e.g. Inspections and gutter cleaning) and they are always helpful when I have questions. My only feedback to them would be to offer online rent payment.

    We have been living in North Village Apartments for over three years and overall we love the experience. The o Read Moreffice and maintenance staff are very courteous and do their best in attending to our inquiries and solving whatever problems arise. The only downside we have experienced is the lack of sound proofing in the apartments.
