I have been here 7 years and have enjoyed it quite a bit. Oven and dishwasher are in need up an upgrade, but i Read Morets not that big of a deal. My likes and dislikes are: However the issue of feral cats on Peach Lane in the 30s/40s section, there are about 12 including kittens now unfortunately. I had emailed old bridge animal control and they said there is nothing they can do about it as well as animal rescue groups in hopes of TNR to reduce the breeding to no avail. I feel bad for the cats since it isn't their fault but it is becoming a nuisance.

I do not like the fact that if someone is smoking in their apartment it seeps through the walls, AC, and heat. Read More It is disgusting, and they won't do anything about it except write a letter, which will do nothing because it is NOT a non smoking apartment complex. It is nasty, and unsafe. Second hand smoking at its best My likes and dislikes are: I like that the community is quiet.

Would love to see parking spots with lines...some tenants don't care how they park & take up 2 spaces. I thin Read Morek lines would help greatly! Would love to see landscaping upgrades. I suggest fixing floor joints prior to new move-in's....it would help a lot with the squeeking. J&C Contracting who work in the complex do great work and are very nice! Maintanence staff are very helpfull & courtious. My likes and dislikes are: Front & rear exits....large closets....woodsy atmosphere.

Good for families and couples and make sure you dont party hard else it will disturb your neighbors. My likes Read More and dislikes are: This community is very nice. Because of wood floor sometimes you can hear your neighbors but besides this the apartments are really spacious and well structured. People are nice and ample of parking space.
