For the amount of money paying in rent with limited things to do in the area, it would be nice to have in unit Read More washer and dryers.

Orchard Court Apartments Resident
Too many times the maintenance staff come in unannounced, and once they fired the manager to give the position Read More to a "younger" person, it was an awful experience. That person tried to make a name for herself but it just wasn't pleasant to live there. I requested to be moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom when one was available. I was told, I would have to be put on a waiting list of NON residents. I felt this was completely unfair. The residents should have come first.
