No exotic pets allowed.

Lived here almost 5 years. I've mostly had good responses to service requests, especially since new management Read More, although that got off to a rocky start. Communication could be better. Not a very good job of cleaning walks during this past snow storm. A lot of slippery ice and slush left. Paths not cleared from parking lot to walkways. Grounds are kept up pretty well. I can appreciate that this is a challenge, as some of the tenants are slobs.

I lived here more than 2 yrs. I liked the place because of its location. School, market everything is nearby. Read MoreNew Yorkers can take public transport to go to nearest train station. Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe.

The owners of this apartment community has changed multiple times in past three years. Every new owner makes t Read Morehe front look of this community better to lure people into renting apartment here but they don't spend enough money even flee the basic maintenance. It's a week before Christmas and I still have few bags ful falll leaves on my patio. Since it has snowed multiple
