Certified Resident

Quail Ridge is the worst community to live in. The management team there doesn't communicate well at all. The Read Moregrounds are not taken care of very well and the trash cans are always overflowing which causes trash to be blown around the parking lots. I had dogs so I would have to walk them far away from my apartment and watch to make sure they didn't eat any debris from the dumpsters. During the winter they are very lax when it comes to salting and shoveling snow. Cars always get buried in.

First, I lived at 3307 Quail Ridge. You have the wrong address. For a rather expensive apartment, the crafts Read Moremanship was pretty cheap. For example, the laminate floor would bubble every time the weather got a little humid. I had to chase maintenance on any issue, and usually had to go to the office myself since leaving phone messages was useless. They were even slow in returning my security deposit after I left. I would not live there again.

When Morgan properties was managing the complex it ran more smoothly. The grounds are littered with garbage an Read Mored the complex it too expensive.

The management office is quick to slap a lawsuit on any resident, no matter how long you have lived there. In Read Moremy case, the management office confused me with another resident and sued me for not paying my rent, which of course I did (the other person I guess was not so lucky). They didn't even have the gaul to contact me before serving me an eviction notice and a court summons.
