I moved during February end. It is decent apartment and well maintained. Community and location seems to be ni Read Morece. Positive things are it is probably the best Apartment in the price range, well maintained, support staff are very professional and helpful, quiet neighborhood but you have to choose the unit as per your preference. Negative things are size of the unit is small, it gets cold in winter so you have to use heater more often. Overall this is probably best place to live in this price range (I and my other friends went through many other apartment communities) if your work is commutable. Good Luck!
