Certified Resident

Exterior of the building, stairways & etc. can be power washed/cleaned. Near outside light fixtures can be cle Read Moreaned because of insects/spider webs. Dumpsters can have lids due to birds, squirrels etc. being around the area. I know we cannot have everyone to be mindful about the cleanliness in the stairways & near the dumpsters but maybe if letters go out more often & tenants start getting fined, it'll stay clean. It's a very small community as in it should stay clean/beautiful at all times (well most).

The parking lot in Seagrass Cove needs a complete rework and the dumpsters should be more enclosed so on windy Read More days the trash isn't flying all over.
