All maintenance issues handled quickly and thoroughly. No control of heat in the winter though, but it is incl Read Moreuded in rent, so no heating bill. Would also be nice to have laundry in unit, but facilities are on site. Super reasonable rent for the Red Bank area.

Very poor and resident-unfriendly administration. Building manager was a real nice, friendly guy but there was Read More only so much he could do.

Improvements were being made during my last 3 months there, but too little too late for me. Lot's of run down Read More entryways, windows, woodwork, ... the laundry room and dumpsters/recycling were very inconvenient. Parking filled up fast. The sideways opening windows were a pain when trying to use an AC unit. The place was by no means horrible, but I give it a fair rating b/c that is exactly what it is. Fair for the price.

The appliances were old but advertised as new and the bathroom significantly used/worn. The walls, although fr Read Moreeshly painted, had so many coats of paint, they began to chip and peel soon after move in. There was an insect (cricket) problem which was blamed on the non-accessible basement. The heat is not able to be controlled by residents; a/c window units cost extra to be installed because irregular windows. Management company is difficult to work with and not responsive to the residents.
