Replace the dryer that keeps breaking in apartment 74 every week. I have spent over 15 dollars putting clothes Read More in the dryer, running it, and my clothes coming out soaking wet. The dryer has "been "fixed" atleast twice a month for over 3 months and it just continues to breakdown. This has been a big inconvenience and "temporarily fixing" it doesn't seem like the best solution anymore.

I would like there to be more organization in terms of parking. In the beginning of our lease, it took nearly Read Moretwo months for us to get a parking spot (something that everyone pays extra money for each month because the spaces are at a premium). I have parked a second car at a lot over a mile away the entire time (something I also have to pay for). Yet I see people utilizing 2, 3, in some cases 4 spots for their several vehicles. I am paying rent just like everyone else, and would love for there to be more equality afforded in terms of parking. I am selling my second car currently and will have only one car throughout the warmer months, but come fall I'd like to get a second spot. If people can have 4 spots, I think my wife and I should be able to get 2.
