the maintenance let you pay for many routine repairs. the rent is too high for the quality of the apartment. d Read Moreuring the last winter, the draft from the windows is too much to bear. they got rid of the included electricity and electric heating is expensive through the roof, im talking about 200 dollars or more for 1 bedroom during the winter period. the good thing is the doorperson they are really professional and friendly. Also noise is low, though i can hear every footstep from upstairs.

I was led to believe all utilities would be included in the rent which was false. My electric bill has been as Read More high as $300 a month and PSE&G has refused to investigate if the meter is reporting the correctly. Moving in was a nightmare due to the limited elevator access. I was told my apartment was going to be refinished before I moved in but it wasn��??t, the sink and tub leaked badly and the cabinets have to be at least 20 years old. The entrance doors are tedious, especially when carrying bags.

I had to break a lease unexpectedly and they were very fair with how they dealt with it. I was a little frustr Read Moreated that I had to proactively remind them to send my remaining security deposit, but it could have been a whole lot worse. I also would have provided excellent if they included the pool in their rental. The recreation fee for a summer is really high. There was also a fire in the building when I was there. It was slightly chaotic at first, but management pulled it together and handled it

Staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part and apartments themselves are beautiful, but there was Read Morea minor bug problem (something I was told from other residents was a problem throughout the building). I also wasn't a fan of the electric forced air units - it made the air too dry and as a result I got sick way more often during the winter. Parking lot was in horrendous disrepair and was "patched" by dumping sand into the potholes twice a year. Gym hours weren't great either.
