The resident manager's responses to my (infrequent) repair requests have been timely and effective; he is cust Read Moreomer service oriented and takes exceptionally fine care of the building and tenants. The location is a convenient walk to the train station and downtown retail, restaurants, entertainment, post office, library etc.
