I believe that for the rents that I pay, I am not getting the best value. Why are the rents increasing when t Read Morehere is no change to the appliances, air conditioning units, screen doors, etc. I do understand that costs increase, but for those of us who have been in the community, we should be paying less rent, not more than a new tenant coming in. Further, we are paying water and sewage in an apartment. How about a rent reduction for long-term tenants. Or upgrade appliances, etc.

The exterior grounds for being clean leaves a lot to be desired, the management is to cheap tp hire extra Read Morehelphelp, they run the complex like Walmart. Poor Pay and a whole lot of work, whick often back fires on the tenats.

Poor follow up on repairs. I been living in this apartment since 2011 and I`m still waiting for repairs that Read Morewere noted when we moved in. I.E. kitchen drawers that won`t close, broken tiling in the bathroom. water in the basement everytime it rains or has a snow melt I was told three years ago that they would be putting in a sump pump, where still waiting! Where moving oyt as soon as are lease is up enough is enough.

    Changing the type of bathtub drains would be great! I find that once or twice a month, I have to use draino f Read Moreor slow flow drains because the tub takes forever to drain with this weird drain. After 2 years, its getting a little annoying. But other than that things are good

      The regular person for this site is out and I€™m looking forward to her return. The floating staff is not war Read Morem and friendly, but professional enough. This information has not been addressed.
      If my floors could be fixed it would make me extremely satisfied. They squeak so bad the will make you wake from the noise. Also the unit above me has the same problem; making it not as private as it should be.
      Need central air and heat.
      The squeak is throughout my unit and the one above me.
      One other make me satisfied would be not to smell cigarette some from other units, it seam to filter in through the walls Major issue for me.
