Excellent location, modern amenities, club facilities and recreation areas. Areas to improve are responsivenes Read Mores to maintenance requests (trimming trees scratching the siding), interior heating using water heater, and preventing smoke from adjacent apartments entering other units.

We make every effort to respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours, however if an outside contractor (such as the landscaper to trim trees) is involved, it may take a bit longer.

This is my third winter stuffing paper towels and napkins around both door frames to keep rushing wind out of Read Morethe unit. The doors may as well be opened. The door frames are warped and need to be replaced. Management has no problem increasing the rent. Maintenance staff are doing a great job with what they to work with.
