We have been happily renting here for over 5 years. We appreciate the upgrades to the property as a whole. I Read Moret can be frustrating to see new things being done to the larger building (Building #2), when us in the back building don't enjoy the same benefits or have to wait longer (e.g., new, gas grills were installed in Building #2 last year, but we have not yet seen this upgrade). In addition, it can be incredibly discouraging to see the large increases to our rent while new renters have lower
