For the amount of rent we pay, I feel that the grounds can be a whole lot better when it snows, the apartments Read More need a bit of an upgrade, parking can be a hassle.

Nice community, spacious apartments. Wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit or the ability to hook one Read More up. I would be willing to pay a little more rent for that amenity.

We love the apartment and the complex. Our neighbors are great. Parking is great. We only have on issue. W Read Morehen moving in, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It seems a little odd for us to have to go out and buy a new lock for the bathroom. We feel that should be customary. There should also be more laundry machines in each building.

The walls are paper thin. I am woken up at 5:30 in the morning by my neighbors cell phone alArm vibrating and Read Morethen the subsequent floor creaking/stomping that ensues for hours until they leave. I have left many complaints to the neighbors and office and nobody cares or does anything. For $1300 plus save your money. This place is the worst of the worst.

Quality of life has decreased exponentially in the last 6 years I've been a resident here. Rules seem to be en Read Moreforced based off who you know and little regard is given to those that actually follow the rules.
