Each apartment should get one parking space for free.
Maintenance has been doing a great job with the snow Read Moreand ice- keep it up!
Someone should enforce proper recycling among residents. Someone filled up a trash dumpster with large cardboard boxes recently.
Would like more provided for monthly pet fee.

The wooden flooring found in the apartments are very old and worn-out. Consequently, they creak loudly with ev Read Moreery step, so even your neighbors' footsteps are audible through the ceiling and walls. If there is one thing to change in the apartments, please consider getting the flooring fixed.

The garbage outside the dumpster by the pool takes away from the appearance of the complex. Especially as the Read More snow ha melted and piles of bulk trash emerge from underneath.

in recent weeks there were apartments advertised on craigslist that were the same as mine in terms of number o Read Moref rooms, bathroom, upgrade level, and so forth. These were listed for considerably less than what I pay now. I inquired with Duncan Hill to reduce my rent so as to be consistent with market value, and was denied this for little reason. I was quite unhappy with being so summarily rejected in my quite reasonable request and do not look forward to going through this again in a few months, but I suppose I will have to.
