Its a great neighborhood with minimal concerns. I love the space in our 2 bedroom, its a bargain for the area, Read More not to mention the wood burning fireplace, love it!. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My neighbors are respectful. Maintenance is timely, unless you're locked out :/ otherwise they'll put in a portable A/C same day if yours goes out. As for other minor inconveniences, any tenant can relate.. Noisy neighbor kids, no security guard, short notice on announcements, renovating...

The apartments are clean. The neighborhood is nice and is in great proximity to many community hot spots. Some Read More things in the in the unit have issues. I have had to call the office about 5 times with various issues, but they are prompt in fixing them. It's just a pain to wait a few days to deal with a misbehaving stove (for example). Overall, no real issues, it's not luxury by any means though.

The left side of my entire apartment flooded due to a water heater issue in my neighbor's apartment. My walk-i Read Moren closet has flooded 6 or 7 times. They know what the problem is, but still have not fixed it. So, it will happen again when it rains hard enough. I have problems with my bathroom sink and kitchen sink backing up. The staff is really nice, but fairly ineffective. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. The ONLY reason I have stayed here for 3 years is because the location is fantastic.

The condition of the actual apartment we recieved as compared to the model was vastly different, and needed so Read Moreme repairs/changes right away. The bathrooms were in working order, but could definately stand to be updated. Aside from this, everything seemed to be as expected and the office staff was helpful.
