We allow two pets per apartment. We do have size and breed restrictions for dogs. They must be 30 pounds and under (two pets combined weight cannot exceed 30lbs). No agressive breeds are permitted. Pet Deposit is $400.00 ($200.00 refundable, and $200.00 non-refundable) per pet Pet Rent is $20.00 monthly per pet
