While the community is beautiful, the staff and operations leave a lot to be desired. If you are okay paying o Read Moreverage fees because the apartment complex fails to pay their bills, then sign a lease. I spoke with the office to confirm their plan to prevent this from happening in the future and I was told there is no plan in place.

I also went over a week without a working toilet and no hot water. Zero drive to resolve any issues. But again, beautiful property.

The community is great, the apartments not so much. My roof kept leaking, and they kept fixing it, but it was Read Morevery inconvenient. It's fixed now, but after many issues and it kept leaking, I had to deal with mold issues and buckets of water in our living room. The apartment wouldn't budge on any rent reduction during a time that our living room was not livable.
