Generally happy with condition of apartment and property, and office and maintenance staff are friendly and he Read Morelpful. Rent is a bit high but not unreasonable. Not thrilled with no-pet policy, but understandable again (and think restrictions may have been lifted slightly this year?). Don't like having to take garbage to compactor/would prefer pick up by garbage collector. Also, think its ridiculous there is no recycling!

I love just about everything about living here. The only thing that isn't great is the laundry room, which de Read Moresperately needs washers and dryers that work better. It also would be nice if they provided blinds in the windows....It was difficult for me to install them myself, and feel bad that I had to add more holes to the already over-used areas. But, other than those two things, it's probably the best apartments I have lived in...and I have lived in quite a few in my life.

The apartment is very nice, However; I would move in a heartbeat, if I could find a place with a w/d hookup. T Read Morehe reason for this statemwent is the lease AGREEMENT. iT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, AND IT IS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT AGAINST THE RENTER. Further, it is not right for the landlord to take 250.00 from my security deposit to clean it. I should be allowed to clean it myself.
