Bedford Hills, which is a hamlet of Bedford community in northern Westchester County, is one of the best places in the Empire State to live. The population has risen by more than 6 percent from 2000 to 2010, and the median household income in the area has jumped by more than $60,000 in that same time, making it one of the most prosperous areas in New York. The town has a very low unemployment rate - less that 1 percent, nearly 59 percent of residents have a four-year degree, and around 64 percent of residents here are married.

Bedford Hills Memorial Park is a green space in the area that many residents here take a great deal of pride in. With a playground and swimming pools as well as recreational activities like tennis, baseball/softball, basketball, soccer, and football, there are plenty of exciting things to do for families and children.
