Flexible Lease Terms. Security Deposit: $900 dependent upon credit. Application Fee: $25. Pet Policy: 2 cats maximum. Pet Deposit: $250 1 cat, $400 2 cats. Refundable Pet Deposit: $100 1 cat, $150 2 cats. Non-refundable Pet Deposit: $150 1 cat, $250 2 cats. Additional pet rent of $20 per month is required. Small dogs are now being accepted with a maximum weight limit of 20 pounds and under. 1 dog only allowed. Pet deposit of $250 required of which $100 is refundable and additional pet rent of $20 per month is required also.

Maintenance was not very good. First year there we could not use the oven, finally our 2nd Thanksgiving I was Read Morebrought a stove from another apartment which also did not work well and was reported. When we left they actually charge me $75. for cleaning the stove oven and $25 for a broken shelf in the frig which was broke (and reported) when we moved in. I did live there from 3/09-4/12.

I apologize for your maintenance issues and since your time here, we do have new maintenance personnel. Your move-out paperwork indicated that if you did not clean the stove and oven you would be charged. You were well aware of what any charges would be a month in advance of your vacating. Since you did not clean it, you were charged.

I had never lived around so many unfriendly people. I was charged for burns to carpet and my children and I di Read Mored not smoke. We lived there for six months.A walk through was never done with me when we moved in. Therefore whom ever moved in after we moved out go new carpet on me.HOW FAIR WAS THAT?

Every new tenant receives a move-in report. If the move-in report is not returned noting any problems in the apartment such as cigarette burns, how are we to know that they were not caused by you. The problem is not us, but the fact that you never turned in your move-in report.

As you well know, you were given a damage inspection sheet at move-in. IF the burns were there prior to your moving in, which they were not, you should have put that on your move-in sheet. You never even turned in your sheet, which is why you were charged. Burns aren't just caused by cigarettes. How fair is it that you never turned your sheet in? You can't expect us to do a good job for you, if you don't complete the required paperwork!

It was fair because you never turned in your move-in inspection sheet as instructed. How are we to know that you didn't do any damage if you never notified us of something that may have been existing.
