I think that the complex is very good. Things break, which would happen anywhere, but they fix things very qu Read Moreickly. The building is quiet (at least mine is). It's close to anything you would need- Mall, food, Fairport Village.

The plumbing is very, very poor. Toilets don't flush. Doors to apartments units need repair and painting badl Read Morey. Landscaping is very basic with many stumps and weeds left. Trash binds are emptied on a very limited basis. Apartment building entrances need painting and porches are drooping and in need of repair. Gutters are filled with weeds so that rains leave lakes when it rains. Windows are old and difficult to open. Windows are not double pane so it is very cold in the winter.

The laundry facilities require a cash prepaid card which often stops working and they don't reimburse you for Read Moremonies lost; the maintenance people are poorly trained., ie, they put our main kitchen faucets on backwards twice (hot/cold reversed) when they were in need of repair; the rent is high for condition of apartments; carpets are cheap quality and coming apart at the seems.
