If rent didn't increase every year with no reason given as to why, the rating would have been an excellent. Yo Read Moreu might want to give people a reason especially when they call the main office and no one has the answer

I wish I can pay my rent on the fifteenth of the month instead of the first, I get paid bi-weekly, so my rent Read Morewinds up being late anyway. If I can move it to the fifteenth of the month Hillcreast village would get the rent not only on time but early.

Cannot Wait To Move Out When My Lease Is Up On Oct. 31, 2014. The Rent Goes Up, Up, Up And The Management Does Read More Nothing For The Tenants. It Is 1:30 In The Morning And I Am Still Listening To The Upstair Tenant'S Son Who Sits On The Balcony With Friends And Laughs, And Talks, And They All Cough Cough Cough (Smoking ?) I Have Complained To The Mother, Who Is Never Home On The Weekends, Your Office, And Even Called The Police. No Wonder You Can'T Keep Good Quality Tenants. Can'T Wait To Move!
