Onondaga Community College and Bryant & Stratton College offer students the opportunity to earn an associate’s degree within the city limits. Bryant & Stratton College also has several bachelor’s degree programs and specialized certificates. The National Tractor Trailer School and is located in Liverpool as well. Other events in the general area include Central New York’s Tomatofest, Colorscape Chenango Arts Festival in Norwich, the Jordan Fall Festival in Jordan, Syracuse Arts and Crafts Festival in Syracuse and Chenango Summer MusicFest in Hamilton. The Syracuse Arts and Crafts Festival is one of the largest free art gatherings in the northwest, attracting more than 50,000 visitors for three days of art and entertainment.
