Terms

Our lease terms are: 3 months, 6 months, 7 months, 9 months, 12 months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: 35 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $50 pet rent, $350 pet deposit, $500 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Domesticated indoor cats only. $500 pet fee and $50/month pet rent for the first pet. $250 pet fee and $75/month pet rent for two pets. Dog Policy: 75 Pound Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $50 pet rent, $350 pet deposit, $500 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. $500 pet fee and $50/month pet rent for the first pet. $250 pet fee and $75/month pet rent for two pets.
