Terms

Our lease terms are: 3 Months, 6 Months, 7 Months, 9 Months, 12 Months. (Please note that lease terms may vary, are subject to change without notice, and are based on availability. Inquire with property staff for complete details). Cat Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Cats per apartment, $65 pet rent, $300 pet deposit, $500 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Domesticated indoor cats only. Pet rent is per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month for cats under 25 pounds and $65 per month for cats over 25 pounds. Deposit for cats under 25 pounds is $150. Deposit for cats over 25 pounds is $300. Dog Policy: No Weight Limit, Maximum 2 Dogs per apartment, $65 pet rent, $350 pet deposit, $500 non-refundable pet fee, Pet Restrictions: Acceptable animals include domestic cats, fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons), birds and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT?S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. Pet rent is per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month for dogs under 25 pounds and $65 per month for dogs over 25 pounds.
