I love having JC's in the community and I love the use of the tennis courts and gym. I do think that the insid Read Moree of the apartments should be updated, especially the kitchens the appliances and cabinets are so old it's completely outdated. It would also be nice to have bike trails and running trails throughout pine hills. I also think that each apartment should get a parking spot and then there should be guest spots.
