the quality of the tenants moving in over the last 7 years has gotten bad. lazy, dirty and selfish is the norm Read More! this was a nice complex when we moved in. not any more. remove mailbox trashcans. idiots use them for household trash! speed bumps needed. they race around like Daytona! improve trash removal. after weekend, dumpster near maintenance shop is disgusting! commercial vehicles allowed? says in lease agreement no! what gives!

Overall I'm satisfied although there is room for improvement. A website where residents can pay their rent an Read Mored make maintenance requests would be a big plus. Also better utilization of the clubhouse. Response to maintenance requests could be improved.
