The location and price were great. being a student at NU, it was very convenient to get to school and was clos Read Moree to a lot (outlet mall, wegmans, 290, Niag. Falls Blvd). However, it was still a Niagara Falls apartment. They were old, not very well maintained, but being a college student, we didn't care much. Parking was not great, depending on what building you were in. We were excited when we move in that there was a pool on site, but it never opened and was eventually filled in.

The late payment system is a bit annoying, would rather have a flat rate than the current two dollars per day Read Morecharge. There are coin operated laundry machines, but no change machines.

Although the apartment was in good condition and prices were fair, they were slow to respond to any work order Read More, The most serious incident was when a water tank in the apartment above us burst and poured into my apartment, they did nothing for us the day of and did not show until 2 days later. We vacuumed up the initial water and when someone showed up they put some vans down and plugged in a humidifier and we did not see anyone again until a week later. This is how service calls went.

Mgmt flexible on lease start date to accommodate college start date. Freshly painted. After first year lease, Read More had monthly lease which allowed it to end after graduation. 2nd year of lease the furnace broke and it took numerous call to get it fixed. They offered space heaters but weren't responsive to phone calls. 2-bedroom apt was great size w/ lots of storage.

The office was impossible to get a hold of, the "on site" office was never open. Whenever something needed to Read Morebe fixed, we waited several days. We cam home several times to someone leaving our apartment telling us they were just "checking for leaks" because the water bill was high this month. Not to mention, they never left a notice that they had entered the apartment, so if we hadn't come home at that point, we never would have known they had been in there. The pool was not open.
